Dylan is a Military to civilian transition expert, career coach, International speaker and trainer. He is a certified Professional in Human Resources and holds a Bachelors degree in Business Administration from UMUC, MD. Dylan is fluent in both military and corporate speak and passionate with educating civilian employees and servicemembers on the transition process.

Dylan is a published author of Rucksack to Briefcase, a transition guide for service members and their Families. A native New Yorker, currently residing in Houston, TX. His current role is Military Recruitment lead-Americas for Shell Oil and Director of Houston chapter Public Speakers Association.

Dylan has a distinguished Army career which includes 2 overseas deployments. He enlisted as an E-1 and rose to the rank of Master Sergeant where he served as a Drill Sergeant and a Foot Recruiter in NYC during 9/11. He was appointed as a “Quiet Professional” Warrant Officer in 2006. Raymond is currently a CW3, Human Resources Technician in the US Army Reserves.

Dylan is a recipient of several leadership awards which include General MacArthur Leadership award, CW4 Michael J. Novosel award for the Reserve Officers Association (ROA) Outstanding Warrant officer of the year, Texas Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve (ESGR) Volunteer of the year. His military awards and badges include the Military Outstanding Volunteer Service Medal, Meritorious Service Medal, Global War On Terrorism service medal, Joint Meritorious Unit award, Joint Service Commendation Medal, NCO Professional Development with numeral-3, Drill Sergeant Identification Badge, the covenant US Army Gold Recruiter badge with 3-Sapphires and Army Recruiting ring for excellence.

Dylan is married and the father of 4-girls and a male dog.
