This workshop provides participants with an introduction to the terminology, developmental process, and certain cultural aspects of the lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender community. The session will also focus on sharing best practices and ideas on how to successfully introduce and integrate this community into your workplace . It also aims to help bring awareness of LGBT issues in the workplace that can be successfully managed to create an environment and workplace of inclusion to all.
