Diamond Sanders is a Quality Assurance Analyst and Test Lead for the Wells Fargo Home Mortgage Testing and Review Group. She develops and monitors tests to validate functionality of intended Home Preservation Underwriting controls. Sanders joined Wells Fargo in 2010, and has been in the mortgage industry for six years.
She earned a bachelor’s degree in Criminology & Criminal Justice from The University of Texas at Arlington in 2005 and worked at a law firm until 2008, when she joined NationStar Mortgage. There she gained experience as a loan officer, processor and underwriter.
She is involved in several of Wells Fargo’s employee resource groups, currently holding leadership positions with the Latin Connection and the Black/African American Connection team member networks.
Sanders is also active in the community, serving as on the boards of the Academy of Hospitality and Tourism at Justin F. Kimball High School in Dallas and the Texas Diversity Council — Greater Dallas.
Her commitment to supporting her team members, and her community, resulted in her receiving the 2014 Wells Fargo Volunteer of the Year Award.
She lives in Crandall with her husband and four daughters: Brooklyn, 8; Kennedy, 6; Terri ,2; and Skylar, 1.
