Jeff Lamb serves Southwest Airlines as Executive Vice President Chief People Administrative Officer. Jeff oversees the People, Technology, Supply Chain Management (Purchasing and Fuel Management), Facilities, Corporate Security, and Diversity Inclusion Departments. He helped establish Southwest’s Diversity Council and served as its founding Co-chair.
Prior to joining Southwest Airlines in 2004, Jeff worked for 25 years at 3 companies. He first worked at Mesa Petroleum under the Leadership of Boone Pickens, including Leadership roles in Human Resources and last served as their Vice President Administration. He also served as Vice President of Administration at Belo Corporation, including responsibility for Human Resources, Facilities, Security, Shared Services, and Risk Management. Following Belo, Jeff joined The Staubach Company as their Executive Vice President Corporate Operations (HR, Technology, Finance, Legal, etc.), and was also President of Staubach Lease Administration Company.
He and his wife Kim have been married for 31 years and have been blessed with three daughters, two sons-in-law and one granddaughter.
