*DEIB – Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, Belonging

Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) Webinars

The Texas Diversity Council (TXDC) will soon offer various DEI Instruction Opportunities – Learning Series and Modules – to our corporate partners, prospective partners as well as community organizations.

Today, diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) play a vital role in the workplace and the community. As we continue to compete in a global marketplace, organizations across Texas will need a myriad of new ideas, talent, and resources in order to remain competitive on the world stage. It is the Council’s belief that these ideas and innovations will best evolve and take effect from a diverse workforce with unique perspectives and viewpoints.

In addition, research has found that promoting and enhancing DEI in the workplace as well as our community organizations is vital and critical to the companies’ and organizations’ success. DEI is no longer considered to be just a corporate trend but rather a business directive for national as well as global organizations.

We are excited to announce a catalog of educational offerings that includes topics, such as: “Allyship”, “Unconscious Bias”, “Inclusive Cultures”, “Inclusive Leadership”, and “The Proven Value of Employee Resource Groups (Business Resource Groups, Affinity Groups)”.
